Of course! All Impact Europe events are open to everyone.
> How can I become a partner of Impact Week?
We welcome partners for the Impact Week. If you would like to support Impact Europe in creating a space for the impact community to come together to learn, share and connect to maximise their social impact, please contact us at conference(at)impacteurope.net to find out about our different partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
> I am a journalist. Who can I contact about event coverage/interviews?

> Can I see a list of attendees?
The list of attendees will be made available through our mobile app a couple of weeks before the event starts. If you have registered, you will receive an invitation to download the app. This app will allow you to check who else is attending, message other participants and organise one-to-one meetings during Impact Week.
> How can I follow Impact Week on social media?
You can follow Impact Europe on LinkedIn, X and Facebook and use/check the hashtag #ImpactWeek
Registration
> Can I register several persons in my organisations at once?
Yes. The registration form to each event has the "Submit and add extra person" feature.
> What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail after registering?
Please check your spam folder. If you did not receive the confirmation please reach out to us at conference(at)impacteurope.net

Prices & Payments
> I’m an Impact Europe member, what price do I pay for my ticket?
As an Impact Europe member, you benefit from a special ticket rate (800e). You also get 50% off for the Investing for Impact Crash Course.
The discount code to apply when registering is shared in our newsletters. If you are not subscribed, please contact us at conference(at)impacteurope.net to receive your code.
Each Impact Europe member organisation receives two free tickets. (or one free ticket for those who become a member after 15 June). To get your free ticket code(s), please approach your organisations's liaison with Impact Europe. Please note that you have to claim your free ticket(s) by 10 October.
> Can I use another payment method apart from credit card?
It is possible to pay by wire transfer against an invoice, however we recommend that payments are done by credit card to complete your registration more quickly.
> Can I get my payment receipt?
You will receive it by email after you've completed your registration and payment. If you have done so and have not received your receipt, please contact us at conference(at)impacteurope.net
> What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel before 1 September, we will fully refund your ticket for an administrative fee of €100. After 1 September we will not issue a refund in case of cancellation. We cannot refund any fee in case of no-show.
